Your earnings are directly tied to your performance — you’ll be paid on a per-seat-closed basis, with no fixed salary. Job Summary As the FP&A Analyst, you will help evaluate strategic financial decisions across the company by leveraging strong analytical skills, the ability to work with large datasets, and broadcast insights clearly to stakeholders company-wide. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Partner with the Director, FP&A to conduct detailed variance analysis on revenues, expenses, and margins for both prior year and budget comparisons across multiple entities and on a consolidated basis. Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for Senior Leadership. Analyse data to highlight actionable insights Assist with data transformation from NetSuite and Odoo and ensure data integrity across reports Maintain and improve financial reporting processes Create reporting dashboards leveraging PowerBI to help visualize performance Aid in the creation and management of the annual budget Provide Ad-Hoc analysis as required by the finance team Education and Experience 3 – 5 years’ experience in Finance and/or Accounting Bachelors or Masters in Finance, Accounting etc. Experience with detailed variance analysis NetSuite/Odoo experience a plus.
