Rakindus Consulting Services is hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us scale our staffing solutions business. If you're an experienced B2B sales professional who thrives on performance-based rewards, this is your opportunity to earn without limits.
🔍 About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for sourcing, pitching, and closing new client accounts for our staffing services. Your earnings are directly tied to your performance — you’ll be paid on a per-seat-closed basis, with no fixed salary. The more you sell, the more you earn.
✅ Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and qualify leads for staffing and recruitment solutions
Schedule and conduct discovery call with decision-makers
Effectively communicate Rakindus’s value proposition to prospective clients
Close deals and manage the client onboarding process in coordination with the delivery team
Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates regularly
🧠 Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales — minimum 1–2 years required
Prior experience in staffing, recruitment, or HR services is a strong plus
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and hit sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable working in a 100% commission-based structure
💸 Compensation:
No fixed salary
Performance-based commission only – you earn based on the number of seats you close
