Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services effectively. Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems. Follow up on leads and ensure consistent pipeline development. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth post-sales transition. Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English (verbal & written). Prior experience in US/International sales or voice process is preferred. Comfortable with night shifts and limited working days. Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Tech-savvy and quick learner with CRM or sales tools.
