Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive Department: Human Resources Location: Visnagar, Gujarat Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head Employment Type: Full-time (On-site) Job Summary: The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, HR policy implementation, onboarding, performance management, and maintaining HR records. The role ensures compliance with employment laws and promotes a positive workplace culture aligned with organizational goals. 2. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding processes including documentation, orientation, and induction programs. Handle exit formalities, conduct exit interviews, and maintain separation records. HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records, HRMS data entry, and documentation. Prepare and process employment letters, ID cards, and attendance reports. Track employee attendance, leave records, and ensure timely payroll input coordination. Employee Engagement & Welfare: Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events. Support employee wellness and grievance resolution efforts. Policy & Compliance: Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies. Performance Management: Assist in the coordination of performance reviews and feedback cycles. Track performance goals and development plans. 3. Required Qualifications and Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR support role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with HR software (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, SAP, etc.) Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of integrity and confidentiality. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 4. Preferred Qualifications and Skills Education: MBA or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Certifications: HR certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar. Experience: Exposure to handling payroll coordination or employee benefits. Languages: Proficiency in additional regional or international languages is a plus. 5. Work Environment and Culture Work Hours: Typically 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday; flexibility may be required based on business needs. Culture: Inclusive, respectful, and collaborative environment.
