Qualification: Graduate

Experience: 3+ years in manufacturing industry

Salary Range: Upto 4Lpa

Role and Responsibility

• Execute HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy as per HO
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for blue collar/contract workers/factory staff
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,

motivation and preservation of human capital

• Execute HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the factory
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Execute Statutory compliance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• provide decision support through HR metrics on weekly basis
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource

Requirement and Skills

• Proven working experience as HR Manager in a Manufacturing Industry
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Ability to execute strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR practices
• Should implement government schemes for the workers and blue collar employees working at factory level.
