Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Sales Associate. The Sales Associate will engage in building relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs, and offering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include prospecting and meeting potential clients, proposing customized insurance plans, maintaining knowledge of products and industry trends, and assisting clients throughout the sales and onboarding process. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and effectively communicating product benefits to meet individual or corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client interaction and relationship management.
• Proficiency in sales techniques, client engagement, and understanding client needs.
• Knowledge or experience in financial planning, insurance products, risk advisory, or business protection services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proactive mindset, goal-driven attitude, and ability to perform effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region market is preferred.
