Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Sales Advocate. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for driving sales across a range of bespoke insurance solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating the value propositions of the offered services. Daily tasks include engaging with clients to understand their needs, maintaining relationships, and ensuring satisfaction, as well as collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role also involves providing periodic training and guidance to clients about the products and services to enhance customer experience and strengthen business relationships.


Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their specific needs.
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience to achieve targets and drive business growth.
  • Experience in Training and mentoring clients or team members for enhanced product or service understanding.
  • Commitment to working on-site, adaptability to meet dynamic client expectations, and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in the insurance or wealth management industry is a plus.
