Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Advocate based in Ranchi. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, handling inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include promoting LIC's products, implementing effective sales strategies, training new clients about the benefits of insurance policies, and achieving sales targets. The role entails engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet targets and drive business growth.
• Experience in Training clients or team members to understand products and services effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to customer engagement and sales strategies.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Business, Marketing, or any related field is preferred.
