This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Advocate located in Ahmadnagar. The Sales Advocate will be responsible for engaging prospective clients, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting products or services. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer transactions, delivering top-notch customer service, and providing insights to improve the sales process. The Sales Advocate will also assist in training new team members and contributing to sales strategies to achieve goals for the organization.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and provide excellent support
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed performance goals
Capability and experience in Training team members to enhance their performance and efficiency
A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, business administration, or a related field is advantageous
