Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving strategic financial decisions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of financial accountability across the organization. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and management of the annual budget, financial forecasts, and long-term strategic plans. Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management. Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies. Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investment planning to optimize the organization’s financial position. Support audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance and timely completion. Provide leadership, guidance, and development to the finance team to enhance performance and capability. Identify process improvement opportunities and drive automation and efficiency in financial operations. Advise management on financial implications of business activities, risk management strategies, and cost control initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business growth. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA/Finance) is preferred. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA is highly desirable. Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Strong command of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting frameworks. Proficiency in financial management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills. Solid understanding of regulatory compliance, financial risk management, and internal controls. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, and to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
