Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Sales Head to drive sales of industrial plots, warehouses, and commercial spaces. The role requires B2B sales leadership, strong industry network, and proven track record in closing large-ticket deals. Responsibilities: • Achieve sales targets for plots, warehouses, and commercial spaces. • Build relationships with warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing companies. • Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead gen, site visits, negotiations, closures. • Build and manage a high-performing sales team. • Drive outreach via exhibitions, industry associations, and investor relations. Requirements: • 10+ years in real estate/industrial/warehousing sales. • Strong network with corporates and institutional investors. • Excellent negotiation & leadership skills. • Proven track record of closing high-value B2B transactions.
