You will be responsible for driving sales of industrial plots, warehouses, and commercial spaces at LML Realty. Your role will involve demonstrating B2B sales leadership, leveraging a strong industry network, and showcasing a proven track record in closing large-ticket deals. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving sales targets for plots, warehouses, and commercial spaces. - Establishing and nurturing relationships with warehousing, logistics, and manufacturing companies. - Leading the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to site visits, negotiations, and closures. - Building and overseeing a high-performing sales team. - Driving outreach initiatives through exhibitions, industry associations, and investor relations.
