Job Responsibilities:- ● Partner Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and alliances to establish mutual trust, understanding, and collaboration. This includes regular communication, engagement, and providing support to partners in achieving their business goals. ● Business Development: Identifying and onboarding new channel partners and alliances to expand the organization's partner ecosystem. This includes prospecting, qualifying, and closing partnership opportunities that align with the organization's strategic objectives. ● Revenue Generation: Driving revenue growth through channel partners and alliances by setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to optimize partner performance. This may involve joint go-to-market activities, co-selling, and leveraging partner resources to drive sales. ● Partner Enablement: Providing necessary training, resources, and support to channel partners and alliances to enable them to effectively promote and sell the organization's products or services. This includes product training, sales training, marketing support, and technical support to ensure partners have the required knowledge and tools to be successful. ● Channel Program Management: Developing and managing channel programs and initiatives to incentivize and motivate partners to achieve desired outcomes. This includes designing and implementing partner incentive programs, partner training programs, and partner marketing programs to drive partner engagement and performance. ● Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring and analyzing partner performance metrics, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and preparing regular reports to assess the effectiveness of channel and alliance strategies and initiatives. This includes identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed. ● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with internal stakeholders such as sales, marketing, product, and finance teams to align channel and alliance strategies with overall business objectives. This includes coordinating joint activities, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth communication and coordination between the organization and its channel partners/alliances. ● Market Intelligence: Staying updated with market trends, competitive landscape, and industry insights to identify new opportunities for collaboration with potential channel partners and alliances. This includes conducting market research, competitor analysis, and industry analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify new areas of growth. ● Compliance and Governance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to channel and alliance management, including partner agreements, contracts, and legal documentation. This includes managing legal and financial aspects of partnerships, ensuring adherence to partner agreements, and mitigating risks associated with channel and alliance activities. ● Relationship Management with Internal Stakeholders: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, product, finance, and senior leadership, to gain their support and alignment with channel and alliance strategies. This includes regular communication, coordination, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of channel and alliance programs. Desired Candidate Profile:- ● Have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. ● Having prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record of success in building strategic partnerships. ● You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions. ● You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver. ● Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. ● You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. ● Must have excellent organizational and time management skills. ● Familiarity with Salesforce tools would be a plus
