Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Good Knowledge of Intel, Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Huawei Servers.
  • Experience in Datacenter and Server Mounting and Unmounting from Racks in the Datacenter.
  • Good Experience in Hardware RAID and Disk Partition on RAID.
  • Experience in Firmware updates of Intel, HP, Dell, and Lenovo servers along with SSD and NVMe Drives.
  • Experience of fault finding and Part replacement, like Motherboard, SMPS, NIC Cards, and RAID Card, Etc.
  • Experience in Server assembling and changing of faulty hardware.
  • Experience in Server hardware and Desktop Support.
  • Experience in Windows and Linux installation on servers.
  • Experience in Systems & Software troubleshooting.
  • Good Knowledge of IPv4, Public IPs, Private IPs, and Subnetting.
  • Good Knowledge of Linux Static IP assignment and installation of packages in Linux.
  • How to stop, start, and reload the services in Linux.
  • Good Knowledge of SSH, Putty, and RDP tools.
