Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Kakori. The Finance Manager will handle daily financial operations, prepare budgets, manage financial records, and generate financial reports. Additional responsibilities include overseeing accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial advice to the management team. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Experience in preparing financial reports and managing financial records
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with regulatory compliance and financial auditing
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CFA are a plus
• Prior experience in the consulting or publishing
