About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial health and ensure effective financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to provide strategic insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Develop financial models and provide insights for business decision-making.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risks.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure timely audits.

• Lead the finance team and implement best practices for process improvements.

• Partner with senior leadership to drive cost optimization and profitability strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, MBA Finance preferred).

• 4–5 years of relevant finance & accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards.

• Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
