Role Overview

As a Manager – Financial Reporting at FundVice,

Key Responsibilities

🔹Financial Reporting & Consolidation - ● Prepare and consolidate Financial Statements and monthly reporting packages. ● Develop MIS dashboards to track business performance and financial metrics.

● Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.

🔹 Financial Analysis & Insights ● Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making.

● Provide actionable insights and reports to senior management.

🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration - ● Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other departments to gather accurate financial data. ● Support audit and compliance processes with timely and accurate reporting.

🔹 Process & Compliance Management - ● Maintain financial reporting standards and internal controls. ● Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

Key Skills & Requirements

● 5 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or related roles. bright stars with less experience who want to build career can also apply for one level lower role

● Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation, consolidation, and MIS reporting.

● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

● Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

Education & Certifications

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required.

• ● CA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred. MBA from reputed institutions with finance background are welcome
• knowledge of accounting principles/ US GAAP.
• Ability to put business sense to accounting treatment and influence the BU head by giving logical reasoning,
• Practical knowledge of the financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
• Ensure Monthly Governance call with CEO/BU Heads to review the performance through the KPIs

need to be in close proximity of Noida or ability to travel to Office daily. as its for US entity, work time is from 12.00 noon to 9.00 PM.
