Leads the performance of the operations and project & Technical team, to deliver a professional, client focused and high performing operational services as per the agreed service scope and service level. Leads the technical team(s) in determining client requirements and translating requirements in to operational plans. Monitors projects delivery compliance to budget, quality standards, and client’s requirements, taking immediate actions in case of material deviations which would materially affect client’s satisfaction or represent a breach of contractual agreements.
