Marketing Executive

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will work closely with the sales and creative teams to ensure that marketing campaigns align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and offline channels.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer preferences, and competitor strategies.
• Manage social media presence, content calendars, and digital engagement activities.
• Create and oversee promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and advertisements.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversion).
• Support event planning, product launches, and brand activations.
• Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and partners for effective execution of campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative strategies for brand growth.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in marketing, advertising, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
