Program Manager – Startup & MSME Engagement

Key Responsibilities

Program Strategy & Execution

• Lead end-to-end delivery of programs for startup and MSME clients across HR, finance, compliance, and operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and founders to define objectives, milestones, and outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent programs with a focus on quality, timeliness, and measurable impact.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Engage directly with business owners and startup founders to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions.
• Serve as the single point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Ensure transparency through detailed documentation, tracking, and regular communication.

Business Insight & Continuous Improvement

• Identify common patterns and recurring issues faced by startups and MSMEs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop scalable solutions and frameworks.
• Use field insights to contribute to service innovation and process improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 4–8 years of

  program/project management

  experience, preferably in

  startups

• Exceptional communication and client engagement abilities.
• Strong understanding of startup and MSME operational environments.
• Well-versed in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello).
• Highly organized with a focus on planning, documentation, and execution.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree required;

  MBA or equivalent preferred
