1. E-Commerce Sales & Purchase Register finalization for GST Return

5. Overall responsibilities of Online domestic business and prepare MIS/ P&L on monthly basis

Internal Audit report:

1. Finalization of Internal Audit Report and review of creditors/debtors/TDS/GST/Inventory and coordination with Team and remove the discrepancies and provide the correct reports to HOD.

2. Plan and execute audit engagements, including data analysis and testing.

3. Review financial statements and support documentation.

4. Evaluate internal control systems and ensure adherence to applicable Indian laws.

5. Perform risk assessments and internal control evaluations and detect discrepancies.

6. Identify and investigate potentially fraudulent activities or financial irregularities.

7. Prepare and present audit reports to stakeholders and shareholders.

8. Collaborate with external auditors during statutory audits and regulatory compliance assessments.

9. Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and execute remedial actions.

10. Stay updated with the latest industry regulations and best practices in internal auditing.
