Job Description

Role & responsibilities - 1.Manage day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and inventory accounting. 2.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. 3.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations including GST, TDS, income tax, and other applicable laws. 4.Supervise internal audits and assist with external audits. 5.Monitor cost accounting, including bill of materials (BOM), standard costing, and variance analysis. 6.Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund flow statements. 7.Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance staff. 8.Implement and maintain internal controls and accounting best practices. 9.Work with ERP systems for accounting and reporting processes (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle). Preferred candidate profile
