Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Assembly Line Location: Vallam Vadagal Department: Maintenance (Assembly) Roles And Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to resolve breakdowns and ensure smooth machine operations for assembly line. 2. Plan and execute weekly, monthly and annual maintenance schedules. 3. Maintain and calibrate machines and utilities (HT, LT, Transformers, DG, Compressors, ETP & STP) 4. Manage spare parts procurement to minimize downtime. 5. Maintain logbooks, machine check sheets and prepare failure investigation reports. 6. Ensure smooth handling of shift and coordinate with operators for timely job completion. Specific Skills Required (Technical & Behavioral): 1. Electrical C License (Mandatory) 2. Good knowledge in electrical circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics and mechanical systems. 3. Good Knowledge in PLC and machines (Welding, Injection moulding and press machines). 4. Good Exposure in Preventive, Breakdown and Utility Maintenance. 5. IT Literacy - Excel, ERP Minimum Job Requirements: Educational Qualification (Regular): Diploma, BE, B.Tech - Electrical Engineering Experience: Diploma - 7 to 9 years and Graduate - 5 to 6 years
Role Title: Assistant / Deputy Manager Division : Plant HR Framework : Individual Contributor Key Responsibilities o Manage end-to-end plant HR operations, including attendance, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and employee grievance handling, ensuring efficiency and alignment with HR policies. o Ensure compliance with labour laws and Factory Act through periodic audits, documentation, and timely submissions of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and related statutory obligations. o Manage recruitment, workforce planning, and onboarding for plant-level roles to ensure manpower readiness and smooth induction. o Manage and monitor ERP systems for attendance, leave, payroll, and HR data accuracy. o Oversee contract labour management, ensuring vendor compliance, documentation control, and gate pass adherence. o Drive employee engagement, welfare programs, and communication forums to foster a positive, safe, and compliant workplace culture. o Coordinate and implement training, skill development, and statutory awareness programs aligned with plant KRAs and safety requirements. o Support disciplinary proceedings and domestic enquiries, ensuring fair practices and proper documentation as per company policies. o Lead HR dashboards, MIS reports, and compliance updates for management and plant leadership review. o Identify and implement HR process improvements and strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational efficiency and support business objectives. Qualifications & Skills: 1. MSW /Graduation/ MBA in HR, IR related specialization 2. 9-15 years of experience in manufacturing or automotive industry 3. Expert knowledge of Factory Act, labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR policies. 4. Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. 5. Experience in driving HR initiatives, resolving complex employee issues, and mentoring HR teams. 6. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, payroll software, HRMS/ERP, and HR analytics. 7. Exposure to handling Korean expats will be an added advantage.
