Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:-

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per IndAS / GAAP.
• Review and monitor general ledger, accounts payable, receivables, and fixed assets.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors, ensuring timely closure of audits.

MIS & Analysis

• Preparation of monthly MIS reports, variance analysis, dashboards, and management presentations.
• Financial planning & analysis (FP&A), cost analysis, and profitability studies.
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast activities.
• Monitoring actual performance vs. budget and reporting deviations with suggestions for improvement.

Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, RBI and other statutory regulations.
• Coordination for tax assessments and regulatory filings.
• Support in secretarial and ROC-related documentation where required.

Banking & Treasury

• Manage banking relationships, fund flow planning, and working capital optimization.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure liquidity planning.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement

• Implement strong controls, SOPs and risk management practices.
• Drive process automation and improvement initiatives.

Qualification and Skills:-

1. CA Qualification with 7+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Reporting (preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry).

2. Good knowledge of Ind-AS/GAAP, financial reporting, taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax), and statutory compliance.

3. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

4. Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced MS Excel.

5. Experience in managing audits (internal/statutory) and ensuring regulatory compliance.

6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

7. Ability to drive process improvements, internal controls, and automation initiatives.
