Position: Manager Finance

Reason for recruitment: Create new position .

PROFILE : Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) and / or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) mandatory.


Strong exposure to plant finance, cost accounting, and financial controls. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience(Yrs.& industry): Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Age: Not above 35 Reports to: CFO - India Reported by: Salary Package range 25 to 30 lac p.a. + KPI incentive as per company policy Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Control • Assist in preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards. • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial reporting. • Maintain strong internal controls and support continuous improvement of financial processes. Costing & Manufacturing Finance • Oversee product costing, standard costing, variance analysis, and margin analysis. • Monitor BOM, inventory valuation, WIP, and overhead absorption. • Work closely with plant and operations teams for reporting accuracy. Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS • Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. • Prepare and analyze MIS reports for management, highlighting key financial and operational metrics. • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Audit, Compliance & Taxation • Coordinate internal and statutory audits; address audit queries and ensure timely closure. • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, income tax, and other local regulations. • Assist in tax planning and timely filing of returns in coordination with tax consultants. Working Capital & Cash Flow Management • Monitor working capital components including receivables, payables, and inventory. • Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. • Ensure adherence to credit policies and optimize cash cycles. Systems & Process Improvement • Support implementation and enhancement of SAP. • Identify opportunities for process optimization, standardization, and cost reduction. • Ensure data integrity and effective use of financial systems. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, procurement, supply chain, and sales. • Act as a key liaison with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
