Position: Finance Manager
Location: Karunagappally - Kollam
Qualification: MBA/MCom
Experience: 7 + years of experience in the Jewellery Industry
Salary: 35K - 45K + Single Accommodation + Food
Role Overview:
The Finance Manager will oversee end-to-end financial operations for the gold and diamond retail business.This role is responsible for financial planning, store-level accounting, inventory valuation, cost control, statutory compliance, and ensuring strong financial governance across multiple retail outlets
Key Skills Required
* Strong knowledge of jewellery retail accounting (gold, diamond, gemstones).
* Expertise in MIS, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Understanding of GST, TDS, and jewellery-specific statutory norms.
* Experience with ERP/POS systems (Navision, Oracle, Tally, custom retail ERPs).
