Purpose of the Job Responsible to handle the Fiber rollout and Transmission ISP Implementation in circle to meet internal & External customer requirement either new Bandwidth provisioning / Network Robustness. Handling the vendor Management, Material Management, Program Management, coordinate with planning, SCM, NoC, Store, Network Quality, Circle Marketing, FTTH planning & Circle mobility teams so as to execute and deliver the required backhaul or LM fiber optic & transmission network to support further delivery of customer serving networks like Mobility, FTTH, FTTBs and other band width requirements etc. Responsible for handling the Digitization of Fiber Force app and GIS system for the ONLINE data / monitoring through system. Responsible for “Right of Way” from the different Govt authorities through allotted partner, validating the commercial payment and processing further payment to concern authority for getting the official permission for execution of Fiber rollout and also recovery of BG or Security Deposit with coordination of ROW spoc & Partner. Responsible for material captilization, Inventory reduction, to support partner for material consumption. Deliverables Fiber Rollout : Execution of fiber rollout with quality delivery of Intercity / Intracity /FTTH Fiber for the NLD / LMC / Home-passes, network Operations / expansion needs as well as to meet other business delivery commitments/expansion requirements of end customer serving networks like Mobility,FTTH & B2B etc. Has to ensure 100% AT for executed fiber KM/no. of LM's/Home-passes. Network Implementation: Implementation of the new Network or Element (Core / Collector) or OLT to meet the internal or External customer bandwidth requirement on time and up gradation of Network capacity as per the Planning of Transmission and also optimization of the Network Element To establish suitable processes in order to set and monitor benchmark KPIs and Metrics for all the deliverables so as to ensure execution of goals and objectives To Ensure the Vendor Management in place to deliver the Routes / Nodes/ Home-passes as per the Network requirement To Monitor and controlling the ISP / OSP inventory To build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders & Third party vendor so as to bring the benefits to the unit in terms of Fiber Rollout and Network Implementation efficiency. To ensure the feasibility for new fiber rollout / node delivery/ FTTH/Home pass delivery. Educational Level Qualification- B.E/B.Tech with 10-15 years of experience in OSP/ISP of Transport, FTTH & MPLS Networks . Here is how your day at Unilever would look like: Achieve sales targets through personal selling (visiting market) and driving the distribution system. Managing the distributor system in terms of both front-end and back-end infrastructure. Systematically analyse, extract and use MIS reports to identify possible gaps and opportunities to improve execution and performance in your respective geography. Negotiate with distributors and develop his people on managing customers to obtain more business. Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade to strengthen our market position. Further, use the same the generate and provide market feedback and reports to the branch office. Analyse how to improve the competitive position in the market through improved customer service. Monitor systematically the performance of the distributor and distributor's sales team and take corrective action (infrastructure gaps). Key Skills & Requirement Required a Minimum Fulltime Graduation Minimum 2 years of Experience in Channel Sales. Excellent in ROI Calculations & RS Distribution Management Should be well-versed with RS appointment & Sales Planning Conducting promotional activities & execution Knowledge of MS-Office particularly Excel Decent Communication in English and Local language is desired "All official offers from Unilever are issued only via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
