Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Collection Phlebotomist located in Kakori. Responsibilities include performing blood sample collection from patients' homes, ensuring accurate handling and labeling of specimens, and adhering to established protocols for safety and hygiene. Additional tasks may involve educating patients about the procedures, maintaining proper documentation, and effectively communicating with the central laboratory and healthcare providers to deliver timely results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Blood Collection techniques and Laboratory Skills
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and Medicine
• Medical Assisting experience, particularly in handling patient interactions and ensuring proper sample collection procedures
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort
• Ability to travel to patient locations within assigned areas
• Diploma or certification in phlebotomy or a related healthcare field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
