Role Overview As a Hotel Operations Sales Executive, you will lead marketing, sales, and operational activities for our resort properties. You will manage on-ground teams to optimize guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of hospitality operations expertise and strategic sales acumen. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee daily property operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences within existing infrastructure. Lead, train, and manage on-site staff in coordination with HR to maintain optimal staffing levels. Monitor and reduce wastage in kitchen and housekeeping departments. Drive positive guest feedback (online/offline) to enhance property reputation. Sales & Marketing Achieve a 25% year-over-year business growth, calculated by comparing monthly performance against the highest recorded data from the past five years. This growth should be driven through walk-ins, digital leads, referrals, and restaurant sales. Promote loyalty programs, memberships, and timeshare offerings. Cultivate relationships with wedding/event planners, corporate clients, and travel agencies. Execute B2B sales initiatives with local institutions and corporate offices. Secure bookings for social events, weddings, corporate meetings, and timeshare sales. Qualifications & Experience Required: For PG candidates, Experience of 2+ years in hospitality operations and sales roles. For Graduate candidates, Experience of 3+ years in hospitality operations and sales roles. For Diploma candidates, Experience of 5+ years in hospitality operations and sales roles. Proven experience in hotels, resorts, guest houses, banquet halls, or PG facilities. Preferred: PG in Hospitality Management or related field. Degree/diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. Track record in revenue growth and client relationship management. Skills & Competencies Leadership and team management abilities. Strong negotiation and networking skills. Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM tools. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on cost efficiency. Compensation & Benefits Salary: Competitive base (matching current in-hand salary).
