Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kakori for an Immigration Services Specialist. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, providing personalized consultation on immigration services, and assisting with visa application processes. The role also involves evaluating client profiles, supporting them through documentation requirements, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients navigating the immigration process.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate client profiles and assess visa eligibility.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build strong client relationships and provide clear guidance.
• Sales skills to identify and engage potential clients with tailored immigration solutions.
• Basic understanding of Finance to manage payment processes and provide financial advice related to immigration services.
• Knowledge of immigration policies across key countries such as Canada, Australia, and European nations is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in immigration, consulting, customer service, or a related field.
