As QA and Language Testing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity, consistency, and linguistic accuracy of our language data products. Opportunity – the ‘what’

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Own and implement the end-to-end QA strategy for language data delivery.
• Define testing protocols and lead process improvements across multiple delivery streams.
• Manage QA/QC operations, including third-party testing teams.
• Monitor quality metrics, defect rates, and tool effectiveness.
• Drive automation initiatives and embed QA practices throughout the data lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve quality issues efficiently.

About You

Essential Criteria

• Expertise in QA methodologies and frameworks for structured and unstructured language data.
• Experience with automated and manual testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, linguistic QA platforms).
• Ability to define and monitor quality metrics and defect rates.
• Strong grasp of data validation techniques and linguistic consistency standards.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Criteria

• Familiarity with XML, JSON, and related technologies.
• Experience working with lexical or language data.
• Knowledge of NLP concepts and their impact on QA.
• Experience managing third-party QA vendors or offshore teams.
