The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationships and effective communication. Daily tasks include managing client accounts, addressing client inquiries, identifying opportunities for up-selling or expanding services, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs. The role also involves creating reports, tracking account performance, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive problem-solving and support. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship management skills Experience with account management, client servicing, and project coordination Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and KPI tracking Ability to develop and implement strategic growth plans Attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or other related fields preferred Prior experience in account management or client services roles is a plus
