Role and Responsibilities: Facilitate / establish the standard, tools, and processes for the management of the Acute Encephalitis Syndrome (AES) project’s MEL approach. Ensure implementation of M&E plan and monitor progress of different implementation activities as outlined in annual work plan. Closely coordinate with the state program officer for smooth implementation of the project’s MEL framework.
