Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager at LUXASIA in India, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving operational efficiency, and providing financial insights to support the organization's objectives. Your role will involve acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team and managing financial controllership, planning and analysis, treasury functions, compliance, risk management, and people development. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all financial operations, generate accurate reports, and ensure compliance with reporting timelines - Manage interactions with auditors and tax agents, and ensure timely statutory reporting - Review balance sheet accounts regularly for accuracy and compliance - Lead the annual budgeting process, monitor performance against budgets, and provide rolling forecasts - Participate in the S&OP process and prepare business cases for investments - Monitor cash position, manage forecasting for liquidity, and drive funding conversations - Establish a strong controls environment to mitigate risks and set the tone for controls-related matters - Collaborate with stakeholders, lead and develop the finance team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA preferred - Strong understanding of IFRS/MFRS, tax laws, and regulatory requirements - Proven experience in working capital management, cash flow forecasting, and financial analysis - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Ability to lead and develop teams, interpersonal skills, and drive tasks to completion - Experience with SAP Accounting software is a plus If you are looking to join a dynamic and diverse team at LUXASIA, the leading beauty omnichannel brand-builder in Asia Pacific, you will have the opportunity to contribute to brand growth for luxury beauty brands and work with talented individuals across 15 markets.,
