Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and examine financial records, statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of accounts. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with all internal controls, policies, and relevant financial regulations. Coordinate with auditors during financial audits and respond to audit findings. Process payroll and employee reimbursements, if applicable. Monitor cash flow and forecast financial trends. Support tax preparation and filings in accordance with local and federal regulations. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification (preferred). Proven experience (2–5+ years) as an accountant or in a similar financial role. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero). Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS). Excellent Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
