Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team and contribute to the financial health and strategic direction of our organization. Position Summary :-The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and supporting the organization’s financial operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, a commitment to accuracy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities :- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger and subsidiary accounts Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage accounts payable and receivable functions Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Prepare and support internal and external audits Contribute to the development and improvement of financial systems and processes. Qualifications & Skills :- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required) CPA certification or progress toward CPA designation (preferred) Minimum of [X] years of professional accounting experience Proficiency in accounting software (Excel, GST, TDS, SAP, Oracle, Xero) Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and internal controls Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with data analysis and financial modeling is a plus Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
