Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, risk management, and ensuring statutory compliance. Experience in infrastructure, construction, or project-based industries is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts aligned with company goals.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, and taxation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and MIS for senior management.
• Conduct cost analysis and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency.
• Manage project-based financial tracking and reporting for multiple ongoing infrastructure projects.
• Oversee audits (internal and statutory) and ensure timely closure of financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, etc.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions for working capital requirements, project funding, and other financial arrangements.
• Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital management.
• Establish and enforce internal controls to ensure data integrity and safeguard assets.
• Lead and mentor finance and accounts team members.

Requirements:

• Education: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or project-based sectors.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
