Job description About 4K Sports Infra Pvt. Ltd.: 4K Sports Infra is a leading provider of turnkey sports infrastructure solutions across India, offering end-to-end services in planning, designing, and executing high-performance sports facilities. Our product range includes modular sports flooring, artificial turfs, acrylic and PU courts, sports lighting, and specialized equipment for both indoor and outdoor sports like Cricket, Football, Pickleball, Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Squash, Golf, and more. Role Overview: We are looking for dynamic, driven, and high-performing Business Development Representatives to join our growing team. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities in the sports infrastructure and product segment, building relationships with clients across sectors, and driving revenue growth across all sales channels (B2B, B2C, Government, Institutions, Architects, Builders, Corporates, Schools, and Clubs). Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and key stakeholders across verticals – government bodies, private institutions, architects, schools, developers, and sports clubs. Promote and sell 4K’s sports infrastructure solutions and product portfolio across indoor and outdoor categories. Develop and execute a strong pipeline of business opportunities through cold calling, field visits, online demos, exhibitions, and networking. Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to offer customized solutions based on client requirements. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and commercial proposals. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to generate repeat and referral business. Participate in government tenders and institutional proposals with support from the Tender/Estimation team. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotes, and sales conversions in CRM systems. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide timely market feedback, competitor analysis, and pricing insights to the strategy team. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred. 1–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development (preferably in Sports, Infra, Real Estate, or Lifestyle industries). Strong understanding of sports flooring systems, synthetic turfs, and infrastructure components (or willingness to learn through in-house training). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with ability to manage time, travel frequently, and work independently. Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or local languages as per territory.
