Job Title: HR Intern Location: Chandanagar- Hyderabad Company: Hybrid Space Design Duration: 3 -6 months Stipend: Rs. 7,000/- 10000 Working Days: Monday to Saturday Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in various HR tasks including recruitment, employee engagement, data management, and administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all areas of HR. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support Assist in posting job openings on various platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates. Coordinate interviews and follow-ups. HR Operations Maintain and update employee records and databases. Support onboarding and exit formalities. Assist in drafting HR letters ex- offer letters Employee Engagement Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events. Conduct surveys and gather feedback from employees. Performance Management Assist in collecting performance appraisal forms and maintaining records. Support in preparing basic HR reports Administrative Tasks Handle documentation, filing, and other administrative duties as assigned. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
