HR Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated HR intern to support our human resources department. You will assist with daily operational tasks, recruitment coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain candidate tracking and update HR databases.
• Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.
• Prepare HR-related reports and maintain employee records.
• Assist in drafting HR communications, emails, and policy documents.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (HR, Business, Psychology or related field).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
