Job Description

We are looking for a driven Field Sales professional who has strong open market experience and the ability to build and grow a high-performing sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy leadership along with on-ground sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Generate business through open market field activities
Recruit, train, and guide new field sales members
Lead the team to achieve daily and monthly targets
Conduct joint field visits and performance reviews
Track sales productivity and team output

Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of field sales or open market experience
Proven exposure to team handling or mentoring
Leadership mindset with strong communication skills
Age up to 40 years
