Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offers. Liaise with recruitment agencies and portals when required. Design and execute smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.

2. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination (with finance/external consultant). Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.).

3. Performance Management Support leadership in implementing a performance review process. Track goals, feedback, and appraisal cycles. Provide HR insights to management for people decisions.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Promote a positive, transparent, and professional workplace culture.

5. Policies & Processes: Draft and implement HR policies (leave, working hours, code of conduct, etc.). Continuously update processes to suit business growth. Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup/SME environment.

Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labor laws will be preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills is a must.

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, small-team setup.
