Job Description

You will be responsible for managing recruitment and selection processes including resume screening, screening calls, and interviews. Working closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will track recruitment KPIs such as time to hire and time to fill. Your duties will also involve managing all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until their documentation is completed. Sourcing candidates from job boards, professional networks, and referrals, and interviewing candidates at various stages of the hiring process will be part of your daily tasks. Furthermore, you will be responsible for undertaking on-boarding and exit formalities of employees, maintaining and updating personnel files and records, and performing day-to-day HR tasks to ensure employee satisfaction and productivity. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work both individually and in a team. A Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is required for this role.,
