Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) As content writer, your performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Responsibility Areas: - Editorial & Content Development Generate fresh, relevant content ideas aligned with the brand’s editorial calendar daily Research and write articles, interviews, features, and reports Assist in planning cover stories, industry trends, and product features. Ensure timely publishing of StyleSpeak print and website content. Team Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with the assistant editor, design team, other contributors etc. Coordinate with stylists, salons, brands, and PR agencies for content inputs and story development Ensure your content meets quality standards and brand tone - Digital Integration & Social Media Support Support content creation for StyleSpeak’s digital platforms (website, newsletters, social media) Coordinate with the digital team for timely publishing and promotions Contribute to reels, videos, and campaign ideas where needed - Event Coverage & Industry Engagement Attend and report on key industry events, product launches, and shows Conduct interviews and on-ground reporting when required Keep close track of industry happenings - Process & Productivity Ensure content deadlines are met with accuracy and consistency Maintain archives and proper documentation of editorial content Support special projects and supplements as required Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Work Location: In person

Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offers. Liaise with recruitment agencies and portals when required. Design and execute smooth onboarding and induction for new hires. 2. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination (with finance/external consultant). Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.). 3. Performance Management Support leadership in implementing a performance review process. Track goals, feedback, and appraisal cycles. Provide HR insights to management for people decisions. 4. Employee Engagement & Culture Plan employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs. Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances. Promote a positive, transparent, and professional workplace culture. 5. Policies & Processes: Draft and implement HR policies (leave, working hours, code of conduct, etc.). Continuously update processes to suit business growth. Ensure employees are aware of and adhere to company policies. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup/SME environment. Good knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labor laws will be preferred Strong communication, problem-solving, and people management skills is a must.
