Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)

As content writer, your performance will be evaluated based on the following Key Responsibility Areas:

- Editorial & Content Development

Generate fresh, relevant content ideas aligned with the brand’s editorial calendar daily
Research and write articles, interviews, features, and reportsAssist in planning cover stories, industry trends, and product features.

Ensure timely publishing of StyleSpeak print and website content.

Team Collaboration & Coordination

Work closely with the assistant editor, design team, other contributors etc.
Coordinate with stylists, salons, brands, and PR agencies for content inputs and story developmentEnsure your content meets quality standards and brand tone

- Digital Integration & Social Media Support

Support content creation for StyleSpeak’s digital platforms (website, newsletters, social media)
Coordinate with the digital team for timely publishing and promotionsContribute to reels, videos, and campaign ideas where needed

- Event Coverage & Industry Engagement

Attend and report on key industry events, product launches, and shows
Conduct interviews and on-ground reporting when required

Keep close track of industry happenings

- Process & Productivity

Ensure content deadlines are met with accuracy and consistency
Maintain archives and proper documentation of editorial contentSupport special projects and supplements as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
