We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner who is an entrepreneur by heart and experience to bolster our Management Team, a partner to take Mindseed forward with us. - Human Resource Business Partner is a very broad role with exposure to each facet of the business and it is on each one to define how wide and deep she/he takes it. - The role will also be very hands-on, so we are looking for people willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty. - This means a Human Resource Business Partner has to consistently do things like: - Policy Implementation - Designing new policies to suit Operational Needs - Query resolution and ensuring quick TAT (Including Payroll related queries) - Ensuring Administrative Tasks and Paperwork are in order - Implementation of Centre level Team Management initiatives - Disciplinary Issues and actions - Performance Management - Engagement activities and events and other similar activities. - Creative solutions and ideas for developing talent Essentially all activities to support the Business team in achieving their goals by managing all people related activities. All of the above needs to be managed through our HR Software so someone who is comfortable with technology would be best suited. Team Member having following capabilities will be preferred:- a) Knowledge in selection, usage and interpretation of NDT like DPI, MPI, UT, UFDT, Radiography, Leak Tests, etc. b) Ability to interpret and apply ASME, ASTM, API, IS, API, TEMA and other relevant codes & standards. c) Ability to study/review equipment drawing, facilities and job scope thoroughly and prepare inspection reports. d) Experience in carrying out both internal and external visual inspection, specify and review NDT, document the observations. e) Proficient in preparing comprehensive Inspection reports in English on the inspection findings and recommendations. All above. inspection to be carried out as per applicable Codes & Standards like API, ASME, TEMA, ASTM, NACE etc.
