Overall responsibility for the effective co-ordination and integration of administrative, technical and academic support functions. Strategise and achieve successful career outcomes for the alumni through robust placement process. Plan and engage with corporates for strategic activities including guest lectures, panel discussions, conclaves, workshops, competitions etc. Assisting in arranging training programmes for soft skills, interview facing skills, communication workshops for alumni. Assessing candidate background, conducting interviews, assisting with resume writing and offering tips to succeed at interviews. Development and implementation of management processes to support the delivery of the Organisations objectives. Liaise on behalf of the Organisation with support sections at a strategic level. To represent the Organisation at regular meetings of all Operations Managers. To develop, implement and monitor procedures and a working environment that will secure the wellbeing and safety of all staff. To assist the Academic Head in ensuring that the strategic and operational planning, management and monitoring of the Organisations finances are sound; and financial resources are deployed in ways that are aligned with the Organisations strategic aims and objectives. To keep under review the organisational structures, resource allocation and deployment and to bring about changes where necessary in the pursuit of strategic aims and objectives. Independently research issues, identify solutions and make recommendations for policies and process improvements Creates business requirement specifications, writes and executes test plans, and collaborates with Advancement Solutions. Perform work within a set release schedule. Maintains department/unit project queue in Workfront. May serve as project leader on smaller scale events and lead internal volunteer staff for large events, coordinating teams that plan, implement, and manage all aspects of events. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external university partners. Act as liaison with various departments across campus. Excellent written and oral communication skills
The primary aim of the role is to increase the volume of quality enrolments in IRMs examinations, improve conversions and help resolve student and working professional queries. The key role will be required to manage and implement a best practice process around admissions customer experience, selling the IRMs qualifications, doing follow-up calls, managing alumni relationships to push students for further Level examinations and make weekly reports in order to make improvements to conversion.
