The primary aim of the role is to increase the volume of quality enrolments in IRMs examinations, improve conversions and help resolve student and working professional queries.
The key role will be required to manage and implement a best practice process around admissions customer experience, selling the IRMs qualifications, doing follow-up calls, managing alumni relationships to push students for further Level examinations and make weekly reports in order to make improvements to conversion.
