Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) of a leading steel manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative, communication, and coordination skills, with experience working in a fast-paced industrial or manufacturing environment. This role requires confidentiality, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support Provide comprehensive administrative support to the MD including calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling. Prepare reports, presentations, and executive summaries using data from internal departments. Maintain and manage documentation, files, and records with a high degree of confidentiality. Communication and Coordination Act as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders. Coordinate with department heads for reporting, project updates, and strategic planning reviews. Liaise with clients, suppliers, industry associations, and government bodies as required. Project and Operations Support Assist in tracking progress on strategic initiatives and operational KPIs. Follow up on delegated tasks and ensure deadlines are met by various departments. Organize and support board meetings, internal reviews, and plant visits. Confidential Matters Handle sensitive information related to financials, human resources, and corporate strategy. Draft and review confidential documents and ensure secure communication protocols are maintained. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred fields: Business Administration, Management, or related areas). Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in manufacturing, heavy industry, or steel sector. Strong knowledge of business operations, preferably in an industrial environment. Skills & Competencies: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Ability to multitask and work under pressure. High degree of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus. Working Conditions: Full-time position based on-site at [Factory HQ/Corporate Office].
