• Market research: Studying the market in target countries, identifying new markets, and
monitoring market trends and competition
• Mandatorily should have Shipment knowledge of Countries i.e. Dubai, Jakarta, US etc.
• Business development: Developing new business accounts, sales plans, and marketing
campaigns
• Client relations: Maintaining and developing relationships with clients, and ensuring customer
satisfaction
• Sales negotiations: Negotiating sale terms and closing business with clients
• Legal requirements: Organizing licenses and other legal requirements for products
• Administration: Managing orders, contracts, and export documents
• Troubleshooting: Solving any problems with exports
• Teamwork: Coordinating with purchase, production, and logistics departments
• Presentations: Creating proposals and presentations to convey the organization's value
proposition
• Trade shows: Attending trade shows and conferences to represent the firm and bring in new
customers
